Now Hiring: Social Worker (SW)
Join our CMHC team as a Social Worker providing therapeutic and educational support to adults with mental health challenges. You will lead group and individual sessions focused on social-emotional development and skill-building.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate psycho-social and activity-based sessions
• Provide group and individual therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans
• Lead educational groups on mental wellness and coping
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Schedule:
• Weekdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (flexible hours, option to increase to full-time)
Compensation & Benefits:
• $30–$35/hour

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (SW) from an accredited institution
Strong commitment to working with adult mental health populations
Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Cultural competence and experience with diverse populations
Basic computer and clinical documentation skills
