Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Join our dedicated CMHC team as an OT focused on helping clients enhance functional independence and life satisfaction. You’ll provide assessments and individualized interventions in a collaborative setting. Work part-time or expand to full-time.
Responsibilities include:
• Assessing client needs and developing tailored care plans
• Conducting therapeutic sessions focused on ADLs and independence
• Leading activity-based groups for engagement and socialization
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary care team
• Educating families and caregivers
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting care as needed
Schedule:
• Weekdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (flexible; option to increase hours)
Compensation:
• From $50/hour
• In-person role in Winnetka, CA
• Minimum 4 hours/week

Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
Strong interest in adult mental health
Familiarity with home health, therapeutic activities, and care planning
Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Cultural competence and experience with diverse populations
Basic computer and documentation proficiency
Bonus: Experience with speech therapy techniques or school settings

We provide psychoeducational groups, therapeutic activities, and individual therapy to adults and seniors with diverse mental health conditions.
